Bring your products and services to the Greater Manchester community. Create a seller account, introduce your business and publish genuine offers with clear prices and customer information.
Free product listings. No compulsory seller subscription. Our commission is 8% of the product or service subtotal, excluding tax and shipping, plus £0.50 for each item sold, with applicable Stripe payment-processing fees charged separately. The fixed part follows the quantity recorded on the order, including multiple units on one order line. No extra buyer checkout fee is added.
For example, selling one £100.00 item incurs £8.50 platform commission; selling two £50.00 items incurs £9.00. Separate Stripe processing fees also apply. See Pricing & Advertising for the full details.

Get your store ready
- Register as a vendor. Open registration and choose “I am a vendor”. Already registered? Sign in through My Account and open your Seller Dashboard. Contact us if your account needs help accessing seller features.
- Complete your public seller profile. Provide your real legal or trading name, contact email and geographical business address, plus company or VAT details where applicable. Clearly state whether you are a business or a genuine private seller. Add accurate delivery, cancellation, returns and privacy information before offering anything for sale.
- Connect Stripe. Complete the payment connection and the identity or business checks Stripe requests in your seller settings. Registration alone does not complete payment onboarding. Bank payout timing depends on Stripe’s requirements and schedules.
- Add your own offers. Use clear photographs, accurate descriptions, the total price and real stock or availability. New seller product submissions are subject to review before publication. Only offer products or services you are entitled and able to supply.
- Manage each order. Use your dashboard to follow orders and respond to customers. You are responsible for fulfilment, booking arrangements where relevant, and lawful cancellations, returns and refunds. Keep your contact details and availability up to date.
Products, services and appointments
For products, explain delivery or collection arrangements and any unavoidable charges. Customers need to know who is selling the item and how to contact you before they buy.
For a service offered for booking, you set its price, duration and availability. Clearly state the location or delivery method, what is included, whether confirmation is required, and your cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy. Those terms must be fair and must preserve statutory consumer rights. Only a published offer with available booking options can be booked; a directory listing alone does not create an appointment.

Optional ways to promote your business
Start with a Free Starter business listing for 365 days, with one active free listing per account and manual renewal. Paid business plans start at £15.99 per year and renew annually until cancelled. Platinum costs £249.99 per year and includes up to 20 gallery photos and eligibility for the rotating homepage Spotlight, alongside featured presentation and the Member Wall. Directory plans are separate from a marketplace seller account. Rental and event adverts start at £5.00 for 30 days, with no automatic renewal.
Eligible marketplace products can be advertised for £10.00 for 7 days through the seller dashboard option when available. This optional one-time advertising purchase is separate from sales commission. See Pricing & Advertising for all packages and listing promotions.
Clear responsibilities
Your customer contracts with the seller identified on the offer. You must deliver what you promise and handle customer issues, including missing orders and services that are not supplied as agreed. Payment processing does not remove those obligations. Refunds, payment disputes and chargebacks can affect seller balances; we do not offer an escrow service or guarantee sales.
