Free Starter has no automatic payment or renewal. Renew it yourself after its 365-day period through My Account → My Listings. A free profile does not include a dedicated website link, social or external shop links, video, a gallery, featured status, Member Wall or Spotlight.
All four paid plans renew automatically each year. Cancel future renewal in My Account → Subscriptions and keep the paid plan until the end of the period already paid for. Existing grandfathered free listings keep their original free arrangements. They are not retrospectively converted to the new 365-day Starter plan.
Platinum Spotlight: eligible published Platinum businesses appear in a rotating homepage selection. It does not guarantee continuous display, a fixed position, views or sales. Compare the complete included features on the package page.

Bring your business to readers of Greater Manchester Businesses with your own banner artwork. Choose 7, 15, 30 or 60 days and pay once. Your chosen period starts after payment and artwork approval, with no automatic renewal.

Upload a 1200 × 400 desktop banner and 600 × 500 mobile banner. Growth and Premium also need a 600 × 900 portrait. JPG, PNG or WebP, maximum 1 MB per file. Include your business name, accessible image description and website address.
Adverts are clearly labelled and rotate between eligible campaigns. Pages have a limited number of positions, so eligibility does not guarantee display on every visit, exclusive space or a particular number of views or clicks. Each campaign appears at most once per page load. Paid campaigns take priority over operator promotions.
Pause display in your account whenever you need to. Pausing does not extend the purchased period or automatically request a refund. Previously purchased campaigns retain their agreed period and order amount.
Please allow 24–48 hours for manual review after payment is complete and all required artwork and destination links have been supplied. This is an estimated review window, not a guarantee of approval or publication. Payment alone does not publish an advertisement. We email the approval or rejection decision and explain any rejection.
We may reject advertising that breaches our rules, including pornography, illegal drugs, unlawful medicine advertising or scams. Gambling advertising requires separate written approval and suitable licensing, content and audience safeguards. Read the full Advertising Content and Approval Policy before purchasing.
The initial campaign clock starts only once payment and the first approval are both in place. Changes to approved artwork or destination details pause publication pending further manual review and email notification. For an already started campaign, the original clock keeps running during re-review; waiting does not restart or extend the booked period. Cancellation and refund rights remain governed by the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

A promotion gives one eligible listing greater priority in standard results for its promotion period. Choose and manage the listing through your account. It does not extend the listing’s own expiry date. Only one promotion can be active on a listing at a time, and promotions do not renew automatically.
£10.00 for 7 days for one eligible marketplace product. This is a one-time advertising purchase with no automatic renewal, separate from the commission on any product sales. Choose the advertising option beside your product in the seller dashboard when available.
Product advertising is separate from the listing promotions above: it promotes a shop product, rather than a business, rental or event listing. It does not guarantee a particular position, number of views or sales. Products must remain published and eligible for display.
List products free. No compulsory seller subscription. Our platform commission is 8% of the product subtotal, excluding tax and shipping, plus £0.50 for each item sold. Sellers also pay the applicable Stripe payment-processing fees, which are separate and can vary by transaction and payment method. There is no additional buyer checkout fee.
Examples: selling one £100.00 item incurs £8.50 in platform commission. Selling two £50.00 items incurs £9.00, because the £0.50 fixed part applies to each item, including two units on one order line. Both examples exclude separate Stripe processing fees.
Sellers must complete Stripe onboarding to receive marketplace payments. New seller product submissions are subject to review before publication. Sellers handle their products, fulfilment and customer obligations, including lawful refunds and returns. Bank payout timing is subject to Stripe’s requirements and schedules.
Service providers set their own prices, duration and availability. The individual offer must explain what is included, the total payable, booking arrangements and fair cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms before purchase. Only published offers with available booking options can be booked.
For service providers, the same marketplace commission applies: 8% of the service subtotal, excluding tax and shipping, plus £0.50 for each service item sold, using the quantity recorded on the order. Applicable Stripe processing fees are charged separately. There is no compulsory seller subscription. A directory listing and a bookable service are separate offers.

Advertising and promotion improve how a listing is presented on this website. They do not guarantee a fixed position in every search, enquiries, sales, a tenant or event attendance. The applicable total is shown before purchase; optional extras require your agreement. See our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Paid business plans renew each year. You can cancel future renewal from My Account → Subscriptions. Your paid plan remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Rental adverts, event adverts, listing promotions, product advertising and News campaigns are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.
